Terms & Conditions

1   A deposit payment of 50% of the total estimated fee is due with order. Balance of fee payable upon completion of site. Whilst any payment due under this agreement remains outstanding MWO shall be entitled to withhold provision of any goods or services MWO would otherwise be obliged to provide under the agreement.

2   The CLIENT is ultimately responsible for checking the correctness of the site before they give the go ahead to make the site publicly available on the Internet.

3   All material, both text and images, supplied by the CLIENT and used in the construction of the CLIENT web site, will remain the CLIENT’S property. All such material will be assumed to be the property of the CLIENT and free to use without fear of breach of copyright laws.

It is the CLIENT responsibility to ensure that any web site is lawful, does not infringe any copyright or any other laws.

MWO reserve the right to refuse any material of a copyrighted nature unless adequate proof is given of permission to use such material.

The client must indemnify MWO in respect of all actions; proceedings; costs demands and claims arising from any breach of copyright or other laws.

4   Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that the website and any scripts or programs are free of errors, MWO cannot accept responsibility for any losses incurred due to malfunction, the website or any part of it.

5   MWO can offer no guarantees of correct function with all browser software.

6   MWO cannot accept liability for losses caused by the unavailability, malfunction or interruption of web hosting service, or for loss of turnover, sales, revenue, profits or indirect, consequential or special loss.

7   Any web page, design or entire site designed and/or photographed by MWO carries a copyright, and cannot be reproduced without MWO written consent.
